Tratamiento preventivo del cáncer pulmonar tabáquico

Resumen

Nuestra inquietud nace del progresivo deterioro de la relación que existe entre el tratamiento y la morbomortalidad del cáncer pulmonar. El trabajo tiene como propósito generar estrategias efectivas que contribuyana una mejor prevención del cáncer pulmonar de origen tabáquico. Se justifica porque el estudio aporta elementos teóricos y referenciales a objeto de reducir una situación de crisis en el modo de atención médica, especialmente en lo referente al tratamiento preventivo. Se hace unarevisión de este fenómeno, incluyendo trabajo de campocon énfasis en el enfoque epistémico, el cual se reconstruye en base a la articulación fenotipo-genotipo, de aborda jeinterdisciplinario cuyo fin último es presentar ante la comunidad científica estrategias de prevención guiadas por el modelo biopsico-social reflexivo como es el casodel aprendizaje transformacional. En la investigación la metodología empleada fue guiada por el paradigma de lacomplejidad: momentos cuantitativos (deductivos),cualitativos (inductivos) y dialécticos (teoría crítica),emergiendo la estrategia como método durante la vivencia.

SUMMARY

Our concern arises from the progressive deterioration of the relation ship between the treatment and themorbidity- mortality produced by lung cancer. The researchaims to generate effective strategies to contributeto a better prevention of cigarette smoke-produced lungcancer. It’s justified because the research study provides theoretical and referential elements in order to reducethe critical situation in the way medical care is carriedout, especially in the prevention treatment.A revision of this phenomenon is made, including field work, emphasizing on the traditional epistemic approach,which reconstructs the base of the link between phenotypeand genotype, of an interdisciplinary approach withthe idea of presenting prevention strategies guided by thebio-social-reflexive model to the scientific communitie,as it is the case of transformational learning. The methodologyused in the investigation was oriented by thecomplexity paradigm; quantitative moments (deductive),qualitative (inductive) and dialectic (critical theory),emerging the strategy as a method during the experience.
