Resumen

The article presents the results of the study aimed at identifying self-perceived efficacy and its relationship with the perception of the characteristics of remote work in conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic in a sample of Colombian teachers. In the quantitative study, with a descriptive-correlational level, 385 teachers from seven different departments participated, with an average age of M=34.5(SD=2.8), who worked at the educational levels from elementary school to teaching programs postgraduate.
