Chavismo sin Chávez: la Quimera de la Revolución Reportaje Interpretativo

Abstract

El propósito de la siguiente investigación consistió en valorar la construcción y existencia de un liderazgo alterno al Presidente de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, Hugo Chávez Frías, en el proceso revolucionario que actualmente él encabeza y lideriza, a la luz del escenario político nacional. Para ello fue necesario describir los marcos nacional e internacional que determinaron el nacimiento y evolución del liderazgo del Primer Mandatario Nacional y evaluar la existencia y las características de los mecanismos de construcción de liderazgos alternos al mismo en el movimiento político que lidera. Su realización estuvo justificada en la situación que atraviesa la Revolución Bolivariana de cara a su continuidad, y cómo podría ser afectada ésta de no contar con un liderazgo alterno sólido que asuma la dirigencia del mencionado proyecto político, ante la salida de Hugo Chávez del poder, tras finalizar su último periodo presidencial. La investigación se sustentó en el estudio de los conceptos y teorías sobre el liderazgo, la revisión histórica y hemerográfica de los hitos fundamentales y definitorios del liderazgo del presidente Chávez y su proyecto político y la exploración y confrontación de opiniones calificadas que permitieron evaluar la construcción y existencia de un liderazgo alterno a Chávez dentro del Chavismo. Se pudo comprobar la no existencia de un liderazgo alterno a Hugo Chávez Frías dentro del Chavismo, causado principalmente por la forma personalista de ejercer el poder del primer mandatario nacional, la imposibilidad de sus seguidores de imaginar la continuidad del proyecto sin Chávez a la cabeza, la poca disposición al debate y a la conformación de cuadros generadores de nuevos liderazgos y la insistencia en buscar caminos para que el presidente continúe en el poder.

The intention of the following research consisted of valuing the construction and existence of an alternating leadership to the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, in the revolucionary process that at the moment heads and liderize, in the political and national scene. To do it, it was necessary describe the national and international marks that determined the birth and evolution of the leadership of the National Head of State and to evaluate the existence and the characteristics of the mechanisms of construction of alternating leaderships to he himself in the political movement that he leads. Its accomplishment was justified in the situation that crosses the Bolivarian Revolution facing its continuity, and how this one could be affected if doesnt count with a solid alternating leadership that assumes the leadership of the mentioned political project, before Hugo Chavez could be out of the power, after finalizing his last presidential period. The investigation was sustained in the study of the concepts and theories about leadership, the historical and hemerografic revision of the fundamental and distinctive landmarks of the leadership of the president Chávez and his political project and the exploration and confrontation of described opinions that allowed to evaluate the construction and existence of an alternating leadership to Chávez within the Chavismo. The no existence of an alternating leadership to Hugo Chavez Frias within the Chavismo was verified, caused mainly by the selfish form to exert the power of the national Head of State, the impossibility of his followers to imagine the continuity of the project without Chávez leading it, the lack of disposition to debate and the conformation of generating pictures of new leaderships and the insistence of looking for ways so that the president continues in power.
